Fiona Meighan has ten years of experience as a practicing Human Factors Specialist in the telecommunications industry.
Fiona began her career at Telstra Research Laboratories (TRL) in Melbourne, Australia, where Fiona carried out field studies, product design and usability testing activities. At TRL her work centred on Interactive Voice Response (IVR), speech recognition and wireless applications.
Fiona has also worked for Ericsson Australia at its Advanced Services Application Centre (ASAC) and Qwest in Denver, Colorado, USA. Fiona is currently a usability consultant in Hong Kong, and having recently completed a contract with CSL has a special interest in mobile applications designed for the Hong Kong market.
Fiona attended the University of Melbourne and the University of Sydney completing a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Psychology majoring in cognitive psychology.
