Hok Wong has provided Usability services to PCCW, Cathay Pacific, Yahoo, the Marriott, FedEx and HSBC. Hok speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Hok is also a founding member of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Usability Professionals Association (UPA). Hok completed an Information Technology degree in Business Systems at Monash University (Melbourne, Australia).
